Akal college of Physical Education organized an ACPE adventure club on …………… which is inaugurate by state commissioner Mr. Sandhu Singh Randhawa. Through this club student undertake different adventurous activitties at different places.
Adventure sports for students is highly popular with both undergraduate and postgraduate students of the college. This activity is championed by the ACPE Adventure Club where the students take a leadership role, and under the guidance of trained professionals and experts. The emphasis is on physical fitness, games, sports and adventure that aim to increase student productivity levels as well as build team spirit in an environment of friendship and trust. Also, participation in adventure and related outdoor activities promotes among students leadership, courage, vigor, and a sense of self-growth and comradeship.

A.C.P.E Adventure Club organized 4 days Educational and Religious tour of 42 participants to Bhakra Dam and Naina Devi on 1st Aug. 2013. Participants visited and paid obeisance in all the Gurudwaras between Patiala to Fatehgarh. All the participants enjoyed boating in Bhakra Dam then went to Naina Devi and paid obeisance there also.
A 5 days Adventure tour of 47 participants was organized to Kullu Manali in March 2013. Mani Karan Sahib Gurudwara, Kullu, Manali and Hadimba Devi Temple were visited. Participants enjoyed various acticities like: Hiking, Trekking, Rappeling, Camping etc.
5 days Adventure tour of 56 participants went to Shilong Valley in June 2014. Participants enjoyed many adventurous activities at Sheel Gaon, Shimla city, Jakhu Mandir like Hiking, Trekking etc.
